This property is disgusting. We did not stay but moved to another hotel. The Capricornia is filthy, unsafe and you should not have it in your portfolio. Gives Wotif a bad name

Very bad, no blankets available, there was a dirty bath towel in the fridge so couldn't be used at all (I took pictures) and the fridge was very noisy! No curtains to completely block the view, horrible!

The ceiling fan and air-conditioning unit were filthy. The fan had approx 1inch of dust on the fan blades. There was mould over the air con and coming out of the sides. Spider webs in the shower cubicle, drain was filthy. Smoke detector was removed and NO Hot Water. I have pictures to document. Absolutely disgusted

Very disappointed with the room, fridge was broken, no soap supplied, dirty floor and shower, needs a total repair and update, would not recommend to anyone
