From what I can see from previous reviews the check in process has improved, there were helpful staff at desk to help us "self check-in". There is no cafe/ restaurant at this hotel (breakfast is a voucher for the cafe down the road). There are no blankets on the bed only sheets (I know Darwin is hot but with the air con blasting it would be nice to have a light blanket). There is no hair dryer in bathroom. Massive red stain on carpet in room bit of an eye sore. Felt a bit over priced for what it was.

Excellent staff. I had been hospitalised and they asked me if I was well and to just ask if I needed assistance. Rooms basic but very clean. Domestic staff pleasant. Hotels in Darwin are not cheap but as a a mid to upper range, this was reasonably priced.
