All area is like you walk in fairy tail, staff in hotel very friendly and welcoming, delicious Turkish breakfast and almond coffee which we tried first time were included

Öncelikle temizlik çok iyi değil de önceki kalan misafirin tshirti kalmıştı odada temizlik açısından pek de emin olamadık o yüzden buzdolabı çalışmıyordu yerlerde tozlar vardı ve geceleri aşırı gürültü var bunu bilerek kalın çünkü o da eski datça'daki meyhanenin üstünde kalıyor geceleri aşırı eğlence oluyor ve saat 12.00'ye kadar müzik hiç susmuyor o yüzden bunu bilerek kalın kalacaksınız asla parasını hak eden bir yer değildi mecburiyetten kaldık

Otele giriş yaparken oda kapılarının arkadan kilitlenmediği fakat dışarıdan sadece bizdeki anahtarla giriş yapıldığını bu yüzden endişelenmemiz gerektiği söylenmişti. Konaklamamızın ikinci günü oda kapısı dışarıdan anahtarla açıldı ve içeride olduğumuzu “buyrun?” diyerek belirttiğimiz halde bir görevli kapının bizim tarafımızdan açılmasını beklemek yerine anahtarla içeriye girdi. Biz hızlıca kendimizi toparlamaya çalışırken içeri giren kişi donakalmış bir şekilde içeride kalmaya devam ederken, yeni müşteri için odayı kontrol etmek için geldiğini söyledi ve biz “neye bakıyorsunuz hala dışarı çıkar mısınız?” diyene kadar da odada kaldı. Yaşadığımız şoku atlatmak epey zor oldu. Hemen resepsiyona giderek yetkili biriyle görüşmek istediğimizi söyledik, hem işletmeci hem de görevli genç özür dileyerek durumu telafi etmeye çabaladılar fakat biz uyurken ya da odada değilken bu yaşansa olabilecekleri, olası güvenlik tehditlerini düşünmeden edemiyoruz. Görevlinin çocuk yaşta olması, elinin ayağının birbirine dolaşması, bu gibi konularla ilgili yeterli eğitimin otel tarafından verilmemiş olması en basit tanımıyla ihmalden başka bir şey değil. Sonrasında konaklayacak kişilerin bu bilgileri göz önünde bulundurarak gitmelerinin önemli olacağını düşünüyoruz. Sevgiler.

Eski Datça’nın yoğun olduğu bir dönemde seyahati gerçekleştirdiğimiz için otelin çevresindeki canlı müzik sesleri gece 2 gibi son buluyordu. Otelin hemen altındaki mekanın müzik tarzı ve müzisyenin sesi sinir bozucu derecede kötüydü. Bu nedenle gece 2den önce odaya gitmemeye çalıştık. Odalarda ses izolasyonu yok. Yataklar gıcırdıyor. Kaldığımız odanın duşakabin kapısı yoktu. Bizden önce kırılmış ancak otel yoğunluğu sebebiyle tamiri gerçekleştirilmemişti. Duş alındığında her yer çamur olduğu için ekstra havlu ihtiyacımızı belirttiğimizde karşıladılar. Otel terlikleri bulundurulsa çok daha hijyenik olacaktır. Kahvaltı sıradandı, kahvaltılıklar tatsızdı, beklentimizin altında kaldı. Çalışanlar sorularımıza yardımcı oldu. Özellikle Damla hanıma teşekkürler.

Das gesamte Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft wurde sehr liebevoll und niedlich eingerichtet. Das Zimmer war hygienisch sauber. Allerdings gibt es in der Altstadt ein Wasserproblem, was uns vorher nicht mitgeteilt wurde. Es kommt sehr häufig zu einem Ausfall des Wassers und es gibt keine Möglichkeit, dies zu umgehen. Auch Stromausfälle sind hier keine Seltenheit. Dem Personal war die Situation ebenfalls sehr unangenehm, da dies nicht in ihrer Hand liegt, jedoch wurde nicht für solche Notfälle vorgesorgt (Wasserkanister auffüllen etc.).
