Step inside the first level and discover an inviting open concept living space, complete with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, cozy den, and a screened porch perfect for lounging with seating for four. Adjacent, an open deck offers additional seating for four and a dining table, ideal for enjoying meals outside. This level also hosts bedroom #1 with a queen bed and attached full bath, providing comfort and convenience. Entertainment options such as games, books, puzzles, playing cards, movies, are all provided!

On the second level you'll find bedroom #2, featuring two twin beds, a toy box, and TV offering both a DVD player and Netflix. A shared bath with dual vanities serves bedrooms #2 and #3. Bedroom #3 offers a queen bed, loveseat, cable TV, and access to an upstairs deck with seating for four. Meanwhile, bedroom #4 offers another queen bed, two reading chairs, a private full bath, and access to the upstairs deck.

Beneath the house, a storage room awaits, stocked with chairs, bikes, sand toys, and tennis rackets, ensuring endless fun in the sun all. A wide concrete driveway and space beneath the house provides ample parking, while outdoor amenities like a gas grill, small charcoal grill, outdoor shower, and shaded sandy area with hooks for a hammock promise relaxation and entertainment. The owners of Salty Dog have thought of everything and even have you covered for the beach day! They offer a selection of books, magazines, beach chairs, and sand toys.

The neighborhood boardwalk leads you to the community's amenities such as the tennis court, pool, and private beach. Just a short 5 min walk to the beach from the home. This area of the Island is perfect for leisurely strolls, bird-watching, or even catching a glimpse of playful dolphins.

For those traveling with little ones - The Salty Dog is packed with amenities for the youngest of travelers. In the Twin Bedroom, you'll find a TV connected to a DVD player, stocked with a variety of Children's Movies including beloved Disney classics, and a Wii game console for Netflix access. Additionally, the twin room offers a toy box and closet with a variety of toys, while the nearby hallway houses a bookcase filled with Children's Books. Also, check out the kitchen drawer for coloring books and crayons. The bathroom linked to the Twin Bedroom, as well as the downstairs half-bath, feature a convenient step-stool, ensuring little ones can easily reach the sink. We've also got you covered with 2 portable booster seat/high chairs, child-size cups and utensils, and 2 umbrella strollers. While we provide a crib-size mattress, please note that a crib itself is not included (remember to bring your own crib bedding).

Must Do's at the Salty Dog from the Owners:
1) take a hot shower in the outdoor shower, don't just use it to rinse off from the beach (it's amazing);
2) read a book and/or take a nap in the hammock under the house;
3) enjoy your morning coffee on the exposed deck;
4) watch the sunset from the top level deck in the afternoon with your favorite cocktail;
5) play a board game on the screened porch;
6) use sidewalk chalk on the huge concrete driveway to play hopscotch or foursquare;
6) steam shrimp for dinner from Skinner's (or let them do it for you!);
7) try pigs in a blanket or a huge cinnamon roll from Lighthouse Bakery;
8) walk west on the beach to the 'cove' and see how many hermit crabs you can find;
9) go out on the beach at night with a flashlight to look for ghost crabs; and
10) relax, unplug, and have fun

No trailers, campers, boats, etc. may be parked at home at any time during the stay. Violators will be fined at the discretion of the HOA.

Additional Charges: Cleaning fee, 13% lodging tax, non-refundable reservation fee and damage waiver, optional travel insurance.
