Nestled on Cadillac Ave, Coastal Breeze features a newly renovated interior with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, ensuring comfort and convenience for up to 8 guests. The front deck provides stunning views of Quivira Bay, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Inside, the common area welcomes you with a cozy living space, complete with a couch and recliner positioned to enjoy bay views or a movie on the TV nestled in beautiful built-ins. The adjacent dining area boasts a table seating 6, complemented by a bar area for 2, doubling as a convenient workspace. The fully equipped kitchen, with its classic L-shaped layout and double oven, is designed to cater to all your culinary needs.

Accommodations include the SW Queen bedroom with a queen bed and TV, the NW Queen bedroom with a queen bed, and the NE Bunk room featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed and a sleeper futon. A dedicated washer and dryer are conveniently located in the bunk room, while the shared bathroom offers ample storage and a shower-tub combo.

Outdoors, Coastal Breeze continues to impress with a spacious back deck featuring lounge chairs for sunbathing, a dining table with an umbrella for al fresco meals, and a large swing beneath the house for peaceful relaxation. An outdoor shower, tucked away under the house, provides a refreshing rinse after a day at the nearby white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, just a short 3-minute walk away via Pushmataha.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet friendly.
