My wife and I chose Turtles Nest East for a babymoon weekend before our twins arrive, and it delivered exactly what we needed: peace, comfort, and a genuine chance to exhale together one last time before life changes forever.The condo itself is beautifully updated and surprisingly spacious for two. The king bed with the memory foam mattress was an absolute blessing for a very pregnant mama. Waking up to an unobstructed Gulf view from the balcony — overlooking the pools and out to the water — never got old. We probably spent more time out there than anywhere else. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, the decor felt warm and intentional (not generic beach rental), and the whole place was spotlessly clean.Fair heads-up for future guests: the beach itself requires a bit of a walk from the property, so if you’re imagining stepping off the balcony onto sand, this isn’t that. But for us, that tradeoff was absolutely worth it — the quiet and calm of this unit was exactly what we were after. No noise, no chaos, just the sound of the Gulf in the distance.We’re already talking about coming back with tge kids someday. That says it all.
