Holiday Isle Resort offers upscale amenities comparable to other luxury resorts, these include: an outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness center(with beach front view), tennis courts, and a private boardwalk to the beach. Holiday Isle has nightly security and gated entrances for added privacy and security.

This beautifully decorated, stunning first floor(unit 117), luxurious 3 bedroom condo is stocked with top of the line amenities, upscale designer touches, coupled with quick access to the pools and beach-NO ELEVATOR RIDE! The kitchen is a chef's delight, fully equipped with a beautiful back-splash, granite counter-tops and high end appliances. You are just steps away from an indoor and outdoor pool(located on the first floor) which encompasses a Gulf view.

Enjoy a panoramic view while utilizing the workout facility. Take the boardwalk to the expansive white sand beach, or walk to the secluded end of the island for a tranquil get away. Fish Mobile bay, the Gulf, or direct from your lounger on the beach. Utilize the chef inspired kitchen to prepare your freshly caught sea trout or Spanish mackerel. Not biting, dine at one of the island's locally owned restaurants.

The master suite includes a king-size bed, high thread count sheets, flat screen TV, sliding glass doors to balcony and master ensuite bathroom. The master suite is equipped with blackout drapes for sleeping in or an afternoon nap!

Guest Bedroom 2 includes: a queen bed and a flat screen TV. Guest Bedroom 3 includes: a queen bed, bunk bed with XL twin memory foam mattress that easily accommodates adults and a flat screen TV. High quality linens and blankets are provided for both bedrooms. Bathroom 2 has double sinks, granite counter tops and a private tub/shower combo and toilet.

Laundry room has new washer and dryer and utility sink. An assortment of beach toys are on the shelf. Mop and broom hang on the wall. Beach towels can be found in the red bureau in the main living area.

Embrace Dauphin Island's small town atmosphere complete with NO traffic lights, locally owned restaurants and local artisans. Explore the natural beauty of the island by bike and visit Dauphin Island's Estuarium and Sea Lab, the Audubon Bird Sanctuary or Putt Putt Golf and the skate park. Your children will love the hands on exhibits at the Sea Lab. Are you a history buff? Visit historic Fort Gaines on the East end of the Island.

This condo was super nice, well appointed and very clean. It is floor unit so no elevator to deal with to get to pool, beach or car. Easily one of the nicest condos we have stayed in at the beach and we’ve been coming a couple of times a year for the past 30 years.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit and amenities were really nice. One of the best places I have stayed at over many years visiting the coast. The only thing that could be better was the 0.3 mile walk to water’s edge. The boardwalk was super but the equally long walk through loose sand was a struggle for this old lady.

Hidden gem

The condo was beautiful, clean and very well stocked with everything a family needed for their stay. The only issue was the first couple of days the boardwalk to the beach was roped off for construction. It was a long walk to the beach carrying supplies and hauling kids. Other than that and the lack of places to eat we had an absolute blast.

The best place for a relaxing getaway!

The condo was so beautiful and so cozy! My daughter and I loved the beachfront view, beach access, and indoor/outdoor pool. And the location is so convenient to any and everything. If I had to try and give any feedback to make our stay better; the boardwalk from the condo to the beach was under construction, but it is supposed to be finished any day now! We will definitely stay here again!!

Amazing Spring Break Trip

This is a great place to stay on a really quiet beach. It's in walking distance to a few different restaurants and all of them had great food at good prices. We were between renting here or at the complex next door but made the right decision for going in April since a couple of the days were cooler and we were able to hang out at the indoor pool and hot tub. We look forward to visiting here again when the walkway to the beach is complete.

We will definitely be back, beautiful condo that was well suited for our family. Enjoyed the pools and the beach. A new beach access is under construction and will be very nice once complete. The owner stocked the condo with everything we needed; great time.

Beautiful but under construction

Condo was delightful. Everything we needed as a family of 5. Pictures really don’t do it justice. There is so much more natural light and the patio is huge. Only complaint is that the boardwalk to the beach was removed the second day we got there. This made getting to the beach with all out fishing and beach gear very difficult. Had we been notified construction was taking place we may have chose somewhere else. Let alone every morning we woke up to the sound of chainsaws and forklifts. Enjoying the outdoor pool or our patio was almost impossible with the noisy equipment. Understandable that improvements need to be made but we would have appreciated the notice. We learned of the removal from a resident of the condos not through our booking

Being on the first floor a couple doors down from the pool/beach access was really convenient. The only mix up we had was the code for pool/beach - we were told a new code, but that actually didn’t go into effect until later in our stay. Not a huge deal though because we could talk to staff at the desk to confirm.

Great place!

We’ve stayed at this complex a few times. Great/Easy location. Always clean. Always quiet. The only downside is the walk to the beach. It’s just long, but that has nothing to do with the condo. If you want a big, long, white, private, beautiful beach then you’re getting your moneys worth. We’d stay here again, and probably will.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at this condo. It was well stocked with all needed kitchen items plus some. I always bring everything because you never know what a place will have or not have but I was surprised by some of the things found (like seasonings besides salt and pepper). I wanted to make gravy one morning and forgot flour, but there was a small bag in the cabinet. Plenty of trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper. The condo complex itself had plenty of parking, a nice pool and a very long walk way to the beach. While the condo is beach front, it’s a very long walk. You will want to pack your needs for the day and limit trips back and forth. The patio was very nice and seating was comfortable. If you’re like me and you like to hang your clothes, bring your hangers. The master closet is closed off. Not a complaint, but an observation. I bought hangers at the dollar store and there were plenty of hooks elsewhere. The island itself was laid back and quiet. Everyone was friendly.

Would Stay Again!

Very well kept condo, spacious throughout! Very easy walk from the parking lot to the condo and easy walk from condo to the pool (1st floor condo and pool). The only downside is the long walk to the beach. There is a boardwalk over the dunes that makes it somewhat easier. But it’s still a long, not easy walk to the sea. We would stay here again though!
