A whimsical “50s Diner” games room with retro pool table, Foose ball table, and jukebox was designed for kids of all ages and includes a circa 1980s pinball machine and (combination) Pac-Mac/Ms. Pac-Man/Galaga arcade machine. The kids’ jungle room prominently displays floor-to-ceiling 3D animal sculptures and a playful fort-style bunkbed. The circus bedroom boasts an intricate ceiling painted to look like a circus big top tent – plus many more hidden circus treasures. Families can relax in the home’s upstairs “Popcorn Theatre” – where families can watch one of the hundreds of movies provided on the room’s 60” 3D TV. And last but certainly not least – Morocco meets Aladdin in the highly detailed pool area where golden lanterns, teak arches, and patterned walls and floors will transport you to Agrabah.



All of the bedrooms include high-end mattresses, mattress protectors and covers, duvets, bed linens, towels, TVs, and other decor touches and accessories you would see in a five-star resort. The ensuite in one of the villa’s TWO MASTER BEDROOMS is wallpapered to give it the luxurious feel of a washroom in a world-class boutique hotel.



The main floor living and entertaining space include a 60” 3D TV with in-ceiling surround sound, a large refrigerated wine cabinet, card/games table, games cabinet, and fully stocked kitchen. But the best space is really the villa’s outdoor area. Backing on a nature reserve and flanked by lush tropical/privacy gardens, this villa’s backyard features a large pool with multi-colored lighting, oversized lanai, and screened-in area. A BBQ (direct gas line – no tanks required) and an outdoor fridge are offered (complimentary) to guests.
