False advertising of pictures of the hotel. No elevator have to climb stairs to dry to your room. They are in the process of remodeling. Had to cut my day down to 1 day. It was not so well.

I recently stayed at this Ramada location and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience that I feel compelled to share with potential guests. Cleanliness Issues The cleanliness was well below acceptable standards. The room had visible dirt and grime, and it was clear that proper housekeeping protocols weren't being followed. For a hotel stay, cleanliness should be the bare minimum, and this property failed to meet even that basic expectation. Food Quality The food service was equally disappointing. Whether it was the breakfast or other dining options, the quality was subpar and unappetizing. I would recommend eating elsewhere if you do end up staying here. Construction Disruption Perhaps the most frustrating aspect was discovering the hotel was undergoing remodeling during my stay. This wasn't clearly communicated during booking, and the construction noise and general disruption significantly impacted the quality of my stay. Guests deserve to know about ongoing renovations before they book. Final Verdict I cannot recommend this Ramada location in its current state. Between the poor cleanliness, substandard food, and the disruptive construction, it simply doesn't provide the experience guests should expect. I'd suggest looking at alternative accommodations in the area until this property completes its renovations and addresses its operational issues.

Even though the rooms are renovated the halls and rest of the buildings are not. The bathroom didn't loon renovated at all, moldy looking corners. The breakfast had the potential to be really good but was disappointing. When we came back one night our door was open, and it was obvious the cleaners had come but didn't empty the trash, which with a newborn means the roon stunk.

The room was bad but it wasn't the room I requested. I was told the room I requested was under construction (as was most of the hotel) and that I would have to pay more to get a different room. Staff sent me to three rooms (one worse than the other) before sending me to a room that was acceptable. Property was dirty in the hallways and hallways were being spray painted while I was there which set off my asthma badly. NO SMOKE DETECTORS. Only wires hanging out from where they were supposed to be!!

The property is under renovation but, that was not disclosed on the booking information. The poolside room was to an empty pool, disgusting carpets, busted/broken windows, the a/c in the room doesn’t blow cold and the maintenance department was unavailable, there are no elevators after calling and speaking with the property to disclose I was handicap and they said they would ensure I had a first floor. They couldn’t move my room bc they were “fully booked”. Completely disappointed in this stay, Expedia and Ramada/Wyndham.

The hotel is undergoing a major renovation which would have been nice to know when booking instead of a few hours before arriving. Fortunately, the rooms are done and ours was spacious and mostly new. Our only complaints are that the water flow in the bathroom sink was sputtery (possibly related to the construction?) and there was no soap /shampoo holder in the shower. For breakfast the food was under-stocked and the area under-served—Very disappointing.

My biggest issue is when I checked in the room was already occupied by someone else when I went back to the front desk the young lady said she gave us a upgrade which I don’t think it was because it was literally the same thing I booked however the property was still being renovated I did not know this prior to booking but that was fine I guess the doors to the room would not open it was really hard to open it from the beginning would I recommend for a long stay absolutely not for a night yes completely do able.

The place looked awful on the outside, debris on side of building, walkways with busted concrete, security door on back of one building broken, windows missing on building. Staff didn’t seem very friendly at all. We walked in to room and immediately noticed bathroom had no tub, curtains, or shower stall. Mold all over bathroom floor. NEVER COMING BACK. LEFT IMMEDIATELY.
