The Green Haven at Watersong is a perfect place to call your home during your stay in Orlando, providing you with an unforgettable holiday experience.

The villa is a 2 storey 4 bedroom house sleeping up to 10 people with ample living space for you and your family to enjoy. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and brand new flatscreen TVs.

Master Bedroom One has a Kingsize Bed, large walk-in closet, ensuite with double washbasin, large walk-in shower and toilet, brand new 43" 4K UHD Smart TV, and large chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.

Master Bedroom Two has a Queensize Bed, closet, ensuite with washbasin, tub/shower and toilet, 43" 4K UHD Smart TV, and large chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.

Twin Bedroom Three has twin beds, closet, ensuite with washbasin, tub/shower and toilet, brand new 32" Smart TV, and large chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.

Master Bedroom Four has a Queensize Bed, closet, ensuite with washbasin, tub/shower and toilet, brand new 32" Smart TV, and large chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.

Relax in the spacious open plan living area, and take advantage of the villa's high quality complementary entertainment system. A 65" 4K UHD SMART TV hanging on the wall is the stunning centre piece for the system, on which you can access over 100 channels of Cable TV, and with a suitable account Netflix and Amazon Prime Instant.

Video games can be played on the Playstation 4. Guests can access over 1000 films on each of the TVs throughout the villa via our online library.

The living room sofa is also a sofa bed and can be used to sleep 2 guests for parties of 9/10 people.

Alternatively you can escape into the luxury fully carpeted games room, where you play pool, table football, air hockey and darts for hours on end.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, multi functional oven with microwave, kettle and coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and comprehensive set of pots, pans, cutlery, dishes and glasses.

A washing machine and dryer, along with iron and ironing board are located in the garage for your convenience.

After all the preparation, sit and enjoy your culinary delights at the breakfast bar or if you are having something a bit more formal make use of the large dining table and chairs.

Step outside to enjoy the privacy of no rear neighbours, heated pool and large deck area, complete with sun loungers, patio table and chairs - in the interests of children's safety a full width barrier is provided between the house and the pool. Pool Heating and Outdoor Gas Grill (BBQ) are chargeable extras.

There is air conditioning throughout, and the villa is protected by a security alarm. All towels and bed linen are provided for your comfort. All you need to bring are towels for use around the pool.

There is parking on the drive at the front of the villla for two family sized vehicles.

Watersong Resort is a prestigious gated community with all the facilities you would expect from a world class resort. It is situated away from the hustle & bustle in a peaceful and tranquil location, yet only a short distance from Disney and the many other attractions of Orlando.

Throughout the resort you have beautiful conservation or lake views. The resort has a magnificent clubhouse with all the latest facilities, a large zero entry pool & spa, friendly & helpful reception staff, high speed internet access, fully equipped gymnasium, games room, spacious lounge area with large screen TV, putting green, sand volleyball court and a children's play area.

Watersong Resort is situated close to Interstate 4 and the US27 both providing easy access to all of Orlando's popular theme parks, the Gulf and Atlantic coasts, as well as great shopping experiences at the numerous Designer Outlets.

Superb Accommodation

Everything was superb and communication with the owner was amazing. Couple of issues (pool heater broke and washing machine broke down) but owner and management company were on it immediately. Villa was lovely, very clean and very well equipped. Will definately only stay here when we come back again.

The house is very large , beautifully decorated, the pool is fabulous and everything is so clean. The location is good but you will need a car however it is very easy to get to the theme parks - about a 30-40 min drive. Myself and family had a brilliant holiday and the accommodation really made it great - I have nothing adverse to say. Stay here and I guarantee you will love it

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the villa, the kids were even wanted to come back from Disney world to play in the pool! The host was very helpful with the one question we had and solved the issue while we were out at the parks! I thought the location of the villa was good for Disney and the shops and restaurants nearby were great. The villa had lots of space for all our family. Overall I would definitely recommend using this villa for a family holiday.

Fantastic Family Holiday!

Mike’s place was perfect for our family’s needs. The house had everything we needed, it was spacious and the pool was perfect after a hard day on the parks. It is ideally placed for the Disney Parks but to be honest nothing was too far away (if you have a car). The location was very peaceful and I loved sitting watching the wooded area at the back of the house. Publix supermarket is just down the road too which made stocking up on essentials really easy. I would definitely recommend and we hope to be back soon!

Great Villa! we will be back!

Great Villa! As a family we have travelled and stayed at many villas and hotels throughout the world, and we would highly recommend The Green Haven. Its close to Disney (15mins), great layout easily accommodating our party of 8. Fabulous pool in sun all day with covered secluded patio (for sun and shade to cool off!) Awesome games room, play station, and movie library. Our kids were entertained no matter what the weather! The Villa is in a gated community, which is very quiet and makes you feel very safe. There is even a clubhouse with a huge pool, gym and beach volleyball, all free of charge! We found all our everyday shopping (Groceries, takeouts and restaurants) 5-10 mins away, my husband even had a haircut! (Manny's Chophouse is a must!). The owners were very obliging and super quick to get back to us on all communications. Finally, the information pack we received (prior to coming) was very helpful, including easy directions from the airport! Way beyond what we expected and the theme continued on arriving with a beautifully presented clean home for the holidays !

Best Vacation Ever!

Our family of 8 could not have been more pleased with our stay at Green Haven at Watersong. Communication with the owner, from the beginning of the booking process, was open and impressive. We did not experience a problem during our stay but if we had, I'm sure it would've been handled immediately and professionally, as Mr. Haase was always quick to respond during the booking process. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, a perfect place for families! Its location in the cul-de-sac provided an outdoor space for the children to play. We might even bring along their bicycles next time! Inside the home, we found the ideal place to relax and unwind after long days at the parks. Some days, my children even asked to leave Disney early to go back to the house to swim and play! We opted for the pool heat and are glad we did, as the evening temps were cool. I was most grateful for the space and privacy of the home, specifically, the ensuites in each bedroom. The children especially enjoyed the swimming pool and gameroom. If we're ever blessed to visit Florida again, we would love to stay in your home. Thank you for providing an atmosphere for the best vacation ever!

Comfortable and convenient to Disney

Overall we were satisfied. The pros: Very clean, comfortable furniture and layout, Valet garbage/recycle a nice touch, pool well maintained, owner and property management both responsive. These are the things we felt need addressing to make this a perfect property: Upon arrival, upstairs thermostat was not working. It was then replaced with a wi-fi type thermostat. The thermostat is controlled by the management company instead of the guests. If guests are paying to stay, I think they should be able to decide what there comfort level is. We kept waking up in the middle of the night sweating to find the thermostat set at 77. This is not a comfortable sleeping temperature. Game Room: A missing pool ball was reported to the owner upon arrival. No brush so you could keep the table clean. No chalk for the cues. Only 3 darts for the dart board, so can't play a game. Kitchen: The range hood light bulb was burned out upon arrival, They are in desperate need of at least one sharp knife. A pasta size pot and salad spinner would be helpful. There were 7 frying pans, none over 8" and 5 had peeling surfaces and were unsafe to use. At least one dinner sized pan is needed and perhaps better cooking utensils to prevent pan damage. There were only 3 serving type bowls, 1 pyrex type and 2 pool side plastic chip bowls. At least one mixing bowl is needed. We are hoping our comments will help to make this a perfect home away from home.

60th Birthday with family and friends.

There are not enough words to express how our experience at this beautiful villa with all of the comforts of home. We felt at home and safe from the moment we opened the door.This property is well kept and the owners definitely paid attention to detail and all of the small things that make you feel cared for and safe. We have frequent a few rental properties in the past but they all seem to fall short in one area or another. You have definitely set the bar..... We are all essential workers and have been working very hard through this pandemic and still are and we needed this time to take a break from it all. This past week has allowed us to spend much needed time together to make new memories. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Great house, great location!

Green Haven at Watersong is a great place to stay. It’s close to Disney if you’re into that. We just wanted a place in the sun with a pool to relax after our cruise and that house was perfect for that. This was our second stay here and may stay here again in the future.

Beautifully presented 4 bed property.

This is a lovely spacious house. All rooms en-suite which is a huge bonus. The house was very clean on arrival. All communication with the owner was prompt. The house is located in a gated community which made you feel very safe. It was also very quiet and peaceful. There is wonderful wildlife around which we all enjoyed.The pool was welcomed after long hot days in the parks. We made full use of the games room and the huge library of films available. The house is about 30 min car ride to Disney and about 40 to Universal. Very close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. A car is an absolute necessity. My only negative was that there are no keys for the internal doors. My advice would be to bring a small flathead screwdriver should you need to open the internal doors from the outside. Having said that, I would definitely stay here again should I ever be back in Orlando and I would highly recommend this property.

Great house in great area!

This house worked great for our group of 6 seniors. We weren't looking for the Disney thing but if you are this house in close to the park and an easy commute. We just wanted a quite place to relax around the pool which worked out great for us. We did some day trips to Mount Dora, Clermont and Lake Louisa State Park which were all nice places to visit & shop and not too far away.

Great Villa and great location

This was one of the best villas we have stayed in, very quiet and private, especially enjoyed the wild life outiside day and night. Superb Villa

We stayed The Green Haven for 10 days in Aug/Sept. The house is excellent, it is very well fitted out with everything you would need for a self catering stay. The house was clean and tidy and the pool was spotless. The very large garage was converted into a games room with a pool table, an air hockey table and also table football and darts board. The house is on a lovely complex with another pool and clubhouse. It is also in an excellent position for the parks and other attractions.
