Our Canaan Vacation
Overall this property is Ok but far from excellent. The property is comfortable and located close to activities offered by the resort..
There are some issues with the property that need to be addressed:
The house has a musty smell.
The handle on the downstairs toilet needs to be repaired.
The upstairs windows do not open.
The cleanliness and condition of the gas grill is atrocious.
The shower curtain rod in one bathroom needs to be replaced since the existing rod will not stay in place.

Happy Times at Canaan
We had a great stay at Deerfield. Long hikes, smores, lots of golf, pickleball and grilling out were are favorite activities.

Great!
Spotlessly clean, close to many winter activities. Kitchen stocked with all the necessities including coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher detergent and towels. Firewood on the condo porch, as well as wood available at management office was wet from snow, so buy it from inside the Stop n Save.

Well appointed for a ski getaway
Not the fanciest place in the Canaan Valley, but well appointed and functional for a ski (or presumably summer) getaway.
Kitchen was well supplied with utensils. Beds were good. Parking was easy, and there were snow plows coming through regularly, even with like an inch of snow.

Great place!
Nice and cleaned house near Davis. It is closed to two good sky resorts. Internet connection was great, which was important for my children. Check-in and check-out was easy. I ay go back in summer time. I / definitively recommend this place!
