Stone and wood accents, hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, and outdoor hot tub on spacious deck. Three decks. Three bedrooms with a loft (3 queen beds, bunk beds and 2 twins) and three full baths. Kids play room with TV, board games and books. Minutes away from Canaan Valley State Park & Ski Resort and White Grass Cross Country. Lake privileges.

A private, gated community located in beautiful Canaan Valley. You have access to both Spruce Island Lake and Sand Run Lake in Timberline to canoe and fish at (swimming prohibited by the HOA) and access to the Dolly Sods Wilderness Area.
