I had the best 5 day stay at mountain plaza in Davos. Before arriving I had requested to cancel a day for a refund as my plans changed. I called the front desk and had a lovely conversation with Fabio. This was a bit of foreshadowing to my stay. I arrived from Zurich and was delighted to discover it was just a few minutes from Davosnplatz train station, surrounded by shopping, dinning and entertainment, steps away from the ski hill jacobshorn. Greeted by Lorena, and again the hospitality was amazing, another lovely conversation. Lorena always greeted me throughout the reminder of my stay, which made it feel like my home in Davos. The room itself was perfect and the amenities were completely satisfying. I enjoyed breakfast every morning with a varied selection and stunning view of the mountains. My favourite was the fully stocked gym with as much equipment as I have at my gym in Toronto. This was easily one of the best vacations of my life and it would not have been the same without mountain plaza and its staff

Great hotel. Located downtown. Offers free bus service ticket and a discount on skipasses. Parking available both indoor and outdoor. The property is well maintained and the rooms are comfortable. The overall hotel and surroundings were quite and perfect for a good night sleep. Another plus (at least for me) is that the room’s window can be fully opened, allowing fresh air to come in.

Great location for exploring the area and the hotel is lovely, very charming with plenty of parking. We didn't eat at the hotel as we wanted to explore the town and there is lots of places to choose from, all walkable within 5-10 minutes. Lovely hotel but we were just passing through so not enough time to fully appreciate the hotel amenities

Loved our stay at Mountain Plaza Hotel. Spacious room with balcony overlooking the mountain. Enjoyed watching all the paragliders land! Amazing breakfast with many options. Enjoyed the huge pool and spa area. 10!

Central Hotel with a great view of the valley

We spent de weekend as a family there with a toddler. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and the panorama window in the restaurant area is amazing. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.

Hoher Preis für wenig Qualität

Für den hohen Preis, bieten die Zimmer viel zu wenig an. Sehr veraltet und extrem hellhörig. Einschlafen war kaum möglich, da ständig Lärm von den Nachbarn zu hören war (Gespräche, Dusche, Schritte) sogar bis um 3 Uhr in der Nacht. Sauberkeit war ok, teilweise Haare im Bad gefunden. Das Fühstück war ok, aber eben für den Preis zu wenig qualitativ und wenig Variationen. Pool ab 7 Uhr offen. Der Wellnes-Bereuch leider erst um 15 Uhr. Da ich nur eine Nacht gebucht habe, konnte ich nichts vom Wellness profitieren, wirklich schade. Das nächste Mal buche ich lieber ein einfaches Hotel und schone mein Portemonnaie. Gibt bestimmt genug Alternativen in der Umgebung.

Das Einzelzimmer war eher eine Besenkammer und dafür überteuert. Bei der Dusche kam das Wasser überall raus außer bei der Brause. Beim Check-Out wollte die Dame noch einmal die Kurtaxe, obwohl schon alles bezahlt war. Ein freundliches Wort gab es danach auch nicht.
