For the price the stay was great!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good, and the price was great. The pool was very nice, but incredibly cold. Overall it was a nice stay.

The girl at serve desk was very nice upon arrival. Room was clean. My only complaint would be we had to chech out a day early for family emergency and ask about a partial refund, it was just a little after 3:30 pm and was told no because it was to close to 4:00 pm which is the time of canceling. However the 1 night we stayed was nice. Sometimes a little compassion can go along ways.

Friendly staff at a well maintained older hotel

The beds were clean and average comfort. For the price and area, this hotel can offer a decent value. This is a two story hotel that has no elevator, so if you have difficulty with steps, you should call beforehand to ensure there is a room available on the first floor. They were able to easily change my room from a second floor to a first floor once I learned there was no elevator. There were only four cars in the parking lot during our stay, so the hotel is not very busy. It was very calm and quiet, but I’m not sure if that’s always true when the hotel is busy. The room has plenty of lights, a small fridge and microwave, and the TV channels are easily discovered on a large printed guide. One of the downsides to the room is the type of heating/cooling system they use. If you do not like dry air, you will need to bring a small humidifier. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and I would be open to staying here again.

The hotel was comfortable and well kept. The staff was pleasant and capable. The front desk was staffed by Toshan who was particularly helpful. The morning meal selection was typical of similar hotels and included favorites such as yogurt and bran cereal.

Good room, okay breakfast

This is a good hotel comfort wise. There is no elevator, which didn't bother me as I had only one bag. If I had young kids or a big suitcase, I would have been bothered. The breakfast was also minimal for a hot breakfast. It had egg "patties" and sausage links. They were out one morning each and we were not late risers. The waffle maker was really good and made nice, soft waffles. There was also cereal, juice, muffins, yogurt, and juice, so it was okay but I'll stay somewhere else next time we're in Springfield as the breakfast is an important factor for my family. The room itself was good, clean and comfortable.
