I stayed for five days while attending the Dayton Hamfest. Since most of my time was spent at the event, I primarily used the hotel for sleeping and showering. The included breakfast was reasonable, though not all items were available on time, and there were occasional delays in food service. The location is convenient, near highway exits, and offers easy access to various destinations—provided you have a car.

This hotel is affordable, decently clean and the staff was very polite. On our last morning there, there were, very obviously, junkies at breakfast. Not sure if the hotel has a contract to provide emergency housing, but this was not the vibe we look for. Not a place I'd pick to stay with kids. Disappointing.

Check in with easy breakfast was OK only complaint about the breakfast was the scrambled eggs.There was a sign on the door, which I thought said do not disturb but as I was leaving the third day, it said maid service please .We did not have maid service for three days, but I was able to get fresh towels the second day They say they do room service every two days. I made a separate reservation for Thursday and the separate reservation for Friday and Saturday that may be why they missed cleaning the room. Over all above average.

Nice place a for a few nights

Nice older hotel. Room was clean but beds a bit hard and too much furniture. Wonderful hot and strong shower. Breakfast was fair. Hot foods were all that hot
