Property was nice and spacious. Just what we needed after a long day at the ballfield. Had a situation occur in the middle of the night, and Eli was quick to respond and address the situation. Will definitely keep this place in mind if we come back to Dayton for another tournament.

Flea market extravaganza weekend

Very nice. Decorated beautifully.beds were fantastic! Does have 19 steps to the inside in our unit for upstairs. It was nice the bedrooms, kitchen, laundry and bathroom were on the same level.Thank you for the approval for the booking.

Great house

The house is charming and very spacious. I was most impressed by the host. There was a small glitch checking in, but it was handled immediately and with such kindness. It does get dark outside and I recommend outside lighting, but other than that I would totally stay again.

Long weekend in Dayton

Only issue was the AC unit took a long time to cool the space. Once it was cooled it kept it cool but host didnt have it running when we arrived.
