Nice stay.

The hotel was lovely and so were the staff. Everything was clean and it was great. Only complaint is the bed was too hard, but that's just a preference.

Mattresses were so soft I had to use a pillow under my back. Beds were very low for my husband who has mobility problems-very difficult for his to get out of bed. Also the toliets were very low for him. There was an assist bar which was helpful tho. Rest of facility was very good however.

Excellent customer service at this location. The standard rooms are very small & not typical of Courtyards I’ve seen before. The room felt more like a comfort inn. My heater only blew cold air, so that was uncomfortable. For the price, I expected a more high end experience. When I asked for the coffee area, I was directed to a Starbucks at this hotel so it wasn’t free. I’d never stay here again.

The staff was present from the moment I arrive until I left everything I needed. They made sure I had my children enjoyed the pool. I was able to wash some last-minute items. I was really excited about their washing machine and dryer. I would definitely recommend and I will be back soon
