We were so pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hotel. The whole staff really seems to care about your stay and you can see it by the way they greet you, keep the whole place looking polished,and make sure whatever you need is available. We didn't realize when we booked that a whole dinner and adult drinks were provided with the stay, and while we arrived too late to get anything but a quick drink, we could see there was still food up till the last minute. In the morning, even the GM was out with the guests, talking with everyone and even "getting his hands dirty" to make sure everything went smoothly. If there were any negatives, I would say parking was a little bit of a beast because the lot is shared with two restaurants. The garbages in the room didn't have liners (mostly I felt bad putting anything messy in there), and I had an allergic reaction to the hand soap so you may want to bring your own if you're sensitive. But other than those little things, it was a fabulous stay and I would highly recommend this location.

There was construction which meant restaurant was closed -- yet they had a sign displayed which gave impression it was supposed to be open. That was disappointing.

Even with the construction and a false fire alarm, the staff was excellent and professional. So many big smiles and helpful team members. Visit was to bring my boys to the air force museum. Next time we go we will be staying at Drury Inn.

Excellent stay

The staff at this hotel is amazing!! The added benefit of the evening reception with food and drinks in addition to the amazing breakfast allowed for a time for our family to eat together, save on the cost of our overall trip, and simply enjoy our time together. Everything was delicious and such a wide variety! I would highly recommend!

Nice property, good service. Complimentary food and drinks were good. Bathroom was very small but spotless with nice shower.

I like how friendly the staff are how they have a pool and a hot top splash and how they have free dinner from 5 to 7 and everything around is so clean and accessible to the plaza they have next to it and is walking distance

The room I was originally in was dirty. They upgraded me to a suite for the same price. Management took care of me. Hotel was doing some upgrades as well. Will stay again next time I’m in Dayton Ohio.

We were in town for the OSHAA basketball tournament. We had breakfast that morning before going for the day and was asked several times if we found everything to our satisfaction, did we need anything, and they took our plates. I immediately was impressed. I then went back up to get something else and was asked, near the waffle maker if everything was alright, as the attendant was restocking the brown sugar. I said yes everything has been great and I commented that they must have had a busy morning, not that it was a bad thing, just that I know they were refilling somethings. She said yes and apologized. I said no, no need to apologize everything here has been great! She was relieved and said that they were a little short handed that morning. I said I had not noticed and I was sincere that things were great! I picked the Drury because I knew I would get the same great service that I get when I stay at the one in Columbus and this one did not disappoint! The only thing I would change is the shampoo and body wash, but that is just my personal opinion. It takes a lot of body wash to even make a sud.
