It was clean. The staff quickly resolved an issue with our AC. Food was good. The only downsides were one elevator, so people were always waiting to get on it (five floors!), and the pool was rather small and not heated. We would stay here again.

Excellent, but noisy

The rooms are spacious, updated and comfortable. However, the walls are thin. My family was next to a room who clearly was having a good time late into the night - we could hear not only them, but their tv as well. Our room also faced the main road, so we also heard a lot of traffic and ambulances going by.

The welcoming staff, Chatara, was absolutely delightful. She helped us getting our free drinks since we just got there at the last minute for the social our. You can tell that the owners of this chain really mean to make you feel at home with your family. This hotel is spotless and quiet. This is the best kept secret!!!

The staff was pleasant and hotel seemed nice. But the room carpet was the dirtiest i have ever seen with stains and dirt. It should have been taken out of use until the room could be cleaned

I was here for the first time 4th of July weekend the hotel was very crowded they had plenty of food for all of us during breakfast and their happy hour it was worth every penny I spent for the 5 days that I was there I enjoyed my stay. I even used their laundry facility.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was musty and hot when I arrived and smelled of smoke. I turned the air conditioning off in hopes that it would help, but it made it worse. There wasn't anything not to like, the cleaning staff was mopping in the morning moving furniture and getting under things so I knew it was ACTUALLY clean and not just spot cleaned. Food was good and much better than normal hotel food, hot tub and pool was clean, bathroom and room was spotless, even the soap dispensers in the shower were shiny. Service was great, I talked to the front desk, the security guy in the elevator, a couple cleaning ladies and the woman prepping breakfast and everyone there initiated small talk and were super nice. Nothing to complain about here.
