For the price, this room was a good value. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. The air conditioning in the room was typical of older hotels (humid room because it was kicking on and off). Breakfast was very basic with waffle maker and toaster. There was on site laundry, ice makers and water dispenser.

I stayed here for three weeks while family member was being hospitalized. The room was nice, the bed very comfortable. Excellent location, easy uber or even Dayton RTA to downtown and the MV hospital! Breakfast was pretty okay, and there are lots of food options within a short walking distance. Thank you for a very nice visit!
