My child, mom, and I stayed here for my son's winter percussion competition at the Nutter Center and Dayton Arena. The location was perfect! The house was clean and the bed was fantastic. Communication was great and access was easy as well. The only minor complaint was from my kid who slept in one of the front rooms and said a few loud vehicles woke them up a few times. It is on a somewhat busy road, but getting in and out is easy as access is from the side road. We will definitely try to book here again next year.

Did a trip with kids and family for a wedding. The hosts were communicative and house was as described and tidy. It's not the most kid-friendly layout - lots of small potted plants that we had to move to the kitchen counter to keep away from the toddler, but once we did that it was fine. The back yard was big, and we all spent a lot of time out there. Less than 5 minutes to the mall and a bunch of restaurants. Would stay here again.
