Great view of ocean, stay here every time I come to New Smyrna. Unfortunately it’s great location for a corporate hotel more concerned with rates and what you owe vs. coustmer service. This year they have decided to charge you for parking (big sign at check in) and forgot to tell u ice machine is out on your floor and where to get it!

The staff was friendly and the view was great, but this place is in real bad shape. The floors were dirty and the rooms are in a serious need of an upgrade. There was a kitchenette but the cabinets had nothing inside them. The exterior walls on our balcony had gaping holes in it. The entire building, from the lobby to the halls to the room, wreaked of cigarette smoke. I stayed here 10 years ago for a wedding and it was great, so I didn’t think twice to book again. This time around I paid nearly $400 a night after taxes and fees for a one star experience. Truly disappointing.

Room and hotel clean. Particularly liked the hard floors in hallway. Staff was nice. View was beautiful from both balconies. Quiet with a great location. Building could use some updating, but definitely worth the price and would stay again.
