Woke up to knock on the door at 11:30pm. Got up to look on 2nd knock. Door busted open and broke the chain off the door. when guy saw me he said oh sorry security. I thought I heard something in here. We were sleeping. They moved us to another room. Door wouldn’t even lock. Had to put furniture between door and wall to secure at night. Manager was no help. Read reviews. We are not the only ones this happened to. If you want to feel unsafe and ruin your vacation this is the place. Otherwise stay somewhere else.

The maintenance staff is rude, and the property is in bad condition. The weather is 37 degree and the heater in the room is not working. Also, the door lock is not working.

Hotel is quite run down unfortunately. The sofa in the room was dirty and unusable. We were unable to get the patio door to lock. Everyone was very nice at the front desk. They provided an extra bed cover to put over the sofa. Construction currently going on at hotel for sea wall as well as next door.
