Clean hotel & kind staff!

It was great. The staff were nice, the hotel and the room was very clean. The only part I did not like was the valet parking. I did not like the fact that we were forced to do it. I feel like it should have been an option.

Front Desk, Valets, Bar were excellent 10/10 the issue I’m having is with house keeping. Checked in on the 8th and out on the 13th, not one time did they change towels or empty the trash in fact I had to ask them where to put the trash and dirty towels housekeeping 4/10. Hotels needs to Say on their page it $20 a day for valet parking

The hotel was great! The room were clean and the staff was friendly. The only drawback was that you had to use valet parking and pay even if you didn't use it. It would have been nice to know about that fee. So it could be put in the cost of trip.

Parking /new rules

It was one of my favorite places until this trip! Pulled in and slapped with 100% required valet service at 20.00 a day plus taxes fess and tip. Then they keep your keys the whole trip, not a fan of any of that. Checked in, no toilet paper! Pool was dirty and freezing! Just whole vibe wasn’t like it used to be. This place isn’t valet material and I don’t like not being told first with zero choices, after I prepaid for the room.

The hotel provided a printed statement indicating that it had successfully weathered multiple hurricanes and considered itself safe and experienced in such situations. I live in Tampa, which is in Zone A, and we were mandated to evacuate in October 8. My partner chose this hotel based on its claims of safety and expertise regarding hurricanes. We were placed on the 7th floor, and unfortunately, we experienced significant flooding due to the heavy rain. Water was pouring in from the ceiling, pieces of the ceiling was falling down and when we called the front desk for assistance, we were told that there were no available rooms to move to. This was not true; I noticed that there were only a few cars parked outside, and when I checked online, it showed that rooms were still available for booking. It seemed that the management and staff simply did not want to deal with the situation. All the rooms on the east side of the 7th floor were flooding. From the hallway we can see all the water coming from multiple rooms while other rooms on the opposite side of the building were perfectly fine. I have no idea why the staff didn't offer us a different room. In the end, I had to use more than 20 towels to try to stop the water from coming in, we did not have any sleep and we did not receive any refund or compensation for our troubles.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Called repeatedly after the hurricane and was told they were open. Got there and they were closed down and we had to find new accommodations. Very disappointed in this place and will be canceling reservations we had placed for bike week and take our business someplace else.
