The rates were doubled due to a concert in the area. During check in, there were 4 employees behind the counter checking in one person, moving as slow as turtles, the rest of them just staring off into space not even acknowledging us, this process took way longer than it should have. Then, I am told we have to pay an additional $15 to park at the hotel that we paid for. This should be illegal, who gets a hotel and doesn't use the parking, increase the price of the room if you need to, but this should not be a hidden fee that you are told about after booking. The hot tub was closed, again, not told until after booking. There was caution tape around the dining area for their free breakfast, which was minimal options compared to most places. When we got back from concert, we had to park across the street in the overflow parking and go across a very busy street late at night-AND THAT COSTED ME $15. I would never stay here again.

The staff was very friendly, especially Kelley who served a very good breakfast every day. The room itself was clean and the property very quiet. Parking was very cramped and parking fees were not disclosed at the time of rental. There was a water leak in the room that led to the floor being soaked and beginning to smell. My last day there I took a cold shower because "our gas got shut off. Don't know why."

Some rooms were wet as though they’ve been flooded. My pillow was wet as though it had been in a flood. There was no beach access. The hot tub was out of service. There was no soap in the room and we asked to have some. They said they would send it but we got none

I didn’t like the fact that the beach access was blocked and the hotel didn’t disclose this until after securing our booking. We were not told at check in and had to ask staff. We were told the nearest beach access was three hotels down. The main reason we chose this hotel was for direct access.

Great property and located close enough to all the annual action in Daytona Beach, but just far enough to have a quiet sleep. I'd rate the property 3.5 stars just because beach access was unavailable and closed off during our entire stay. We had to walk 3 hotels over to a public beach for access. Walking is good, but we do wish we had immediate access.

Worst Hampton we’ve ever stayed at!

This hotel is under construction. The main reason I wanted to stay here was because it had beach access. No mention of that being closed off. The spa was down and disgusting. The pool was full of sand and looked liked it belonged to more of a motel. No working showers to rinse off. Rooms were decent. Water pressure in shower was horrible. Not even able to wash my hair. Not enough parking spots for guests. Very stressful.

It was nice but their beach access is still blocked off but the website disclosed this info before I booked. This was not Daytona but you can't tell that you're not in Daytona!!! Beach access with my car was easy. Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Comfy bed and room. Price was ok. Breakfast bar did not include any meats. Small pool but great to take a dip in. LOVE the location. Parking was ok. Be prepared to park right across the street because the on site parking is very limited. Loved the ocean view!!!!!!!!
