Loved the music memorabilia and music in every little detail from the associates guitar pick name tags with their favorite band/artist, to Madonna’s Limo, amazing celebrity outfits on display, to the beautiful musical detailing in the bed linens and pillows. Access to the stage from my room on the 3rd floor. If you want to just go to sleep, of course it’s too loud, but it ends at a reasonable time and is a novel experience. Housekeeping was sweet. Went out of their way to make up my bed day one. I left a big bag and belongings on the bed. Many places take that as a sign to not make the bed. Here, she painstakingly moved everything and put it back nicely. I’ve stayed in a ton of hotels, but never considered the Hard Rock falsely believing it was all about gambling. As a singer, my mind is absolutely changed. I signed up for their Unity acat and my new goal is to visit each and every hotel/resort worldwide. “Love All, Serve All”- They lived up to the mission in my opinion!

The staff was wonderful. The accommodations and restaurant were spectacular despite the mix up with our specialty brunch reservations. The rooms were clean but a little underwhelming. A few minor touches and upgrades would bring the whole 'resort & spa' feel full circle. Overall we had a great time! Thank you for your hospitality.

I was told there was a designated area for my dog and even an off the leash area if needed. There was nothing but a grassy strip on the side of the hotel that was not lighted or secure. It was covered in rat traps and god knows what else. I did not feel safe. I also didn’t know if there were chemicals there for rodents that could potentially hurt my dog. I don’t understand why the hotel is advertising pet accommodations when there is none. Idk why a 150.00 fee was charged. It’s criminal to charge 150.00 for “cleaning” and accommodations when there was none.

Well kept property confines/large rooms. Only downside is parking. Self parking is almost non existent and valet is time consuming and expensive. They parked our car somewhere where it was sprayed with something that it had to go get washed off. So NO your car does not go safely in a garage. Valets were sometimes rude also. They have concerts on weekends and allow other cars to park. That seems to be the problem. The pool area is small but beautiful!

Unbelievable to the Max!

I must say...this Hard rock is fabulous!!! Everyone that works there are EPIC at their job! Meis and Jessica at the pool were unbelievable! I have never had such a pampering in my life. Thank you both!!! Then V and Henry at the spa were absolutely wonderful. Dawn was so helpful at the gift shop and Sam the security guard was so kind I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart. You all made my vacation Epic!!!! This is the best hotel in all of Daytona it is beautiful and so clean. The food and coffee absolutely can't be beat. No one should give it a second thought BOOK THIS HOTEL NOW!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We took our family of 4 (2 Adults & 2 kids) to Daytona for Spring Break! I absolutely loved it! Because it wasn't as packed but the amenities the food the room was amazing. I do think the Staff should be a little more friendlier. Other than that the place was great

Looked nice upon entering facility. Room - nice big counter space. Disappointed that there wasn’t a luggage rack (one person on counter but nothing for a 2nd person). So utilized ironing board. It works in a pinch. Beds seemed a bit on the worn side weren’t the most comfortable. Very low water pressure in sink but shower was good. Hotel space and facilities were nice and clean. Most employees were very friendly. Pool area very nice and kept clean. Wait staff was great. Beach area right in front of pool. Beautiful wide beach. 5th day in water starts pouring out of the bathtub light fixture. Room 2 - nice and clean. The toilet had trouble flushing, had to do it several times and let the tank fill in between. Just dealt with it since we were leaving in 2 days. Overall decent place to stay. I would note that on top of the room rate are a number of fees ie resort, tax for this and that, parking, etc. It added up to quite a bit by the end of the stay.
