We had the worst experience with this hotel, literally everyday something went wrong. Our first night there we arrived late so we immediately went to sleep when we got there, in the morning we found our patio door wasn’t closed and would not close or lock. The toilet broke flooding our bathroom, there was construction in the room next to ours, we got locked out in the beach because our bracelets they gave us wouldn’t unlock their door to the beach, security was called on one of us because we were sitting in the lobby on a call and they decided we didn’t look like the kind of people who could afford to stay there. I will never stay at a Hard Rock again, so disappointing. What was supposed to be a fun birthday trip was a nightmare and a waste of money

Our original room had not been cleaned, we walked I. To dirty/used wine glasses, oily toilet seat, and it looked like someone used the bed but tried to leave it made. They charged our room and offered up coffee/drink certificates but then didn’t give us the ones that were supposed to be included in our VIP Expedia package. I have been here four times in the past two years though so I’m sure I’ve left three wonderful reviews, it just wasn’t there this time.
