Fair. Telling me that there may not be parking available after I arrive is unacceptable. I'm 71 years old and need to park in the lot like everyone else. Saying I should take a cab is unacceptable. I come and go when I want with my vehicle.

The building like most on the beach are being worked on. I looked at several units while being in this condotel and this room was by far the nicest. Everything was made simple for you. I would recommend if staying here stay in this room

Nice view.

Overall we had a good time. The view was nice and Michelle was very helpful in getting us the information we needed. The Condo building is a little dated but the room just fine. The pool is nice and large. And it's a short walkt to the beach. We would like to visit again someday.
