Great location on the beach. Not a lot around, but a short Uber ride gets you to downtown Ormond. Room was nice, clean and cool. Friendly staff.

I'm writing to you following a very disappointing experience in room 206 (Ocean View) during my recent stay. Last night, as it was quite late when we checked in, I unfortunately didn't notice until approximately 2 AM that the King-size mattress had a distinct and unpleasant smell of urine. I made sure to contact management early this morning to verify the issue and request a remedy, but regrettably, the situation was not addressed. While my stay is now over, I wanted to bring this to your serious attention to prevent other guests from having a similar experience. I sincerely hope you will take immediate steps to rectify the condition of the mattress in room 206. It was heartbreaking for me that my wife had to endure this, with the odor even clinging to her hair and clothes.
