The condo was very large and spacious. There could be some more attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness, baseboards need a wipe, some crumbs in kitchen. Dishwasher soap door would not open. The staff were very friendly and genuine. The pool and hot tub were very clean. The kids loved the game room on the penthouse floor.

The resort is absolutely amazing! The kitchen was my favorite, top quality appliances & very spacious. All the rooms face the ocean, watching the sunrise was so beautiful. Don’t get me started on the pool & hot tub, very nice with direct beach access. Staff was super friendly & helpful. I definitely will be back for the summer 😁

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Max Beach Resort. The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with stunning ocean views that made the trip extra special. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from start to finish, which really stood out. The amenities were well maintained, the location was perfect, and everything felt peaceful, clean, and well cared for. This was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had, and it’s easy to see why people return year after year. The staff was very welcoming upon check in. The view from out room 702 was outstanding. had multiable floor to ceiling windows to take full advantage of the view of the water / beach/city view. It had a full kitchen. The 12th floor was really nice the twin huge balconey's and game rooom. The staff at the bar were great. Speacial shot out to Savanna who acted like a local tour guide. We will stay here again on our next visit to Daytona

The room was extremely clean, and the receptionist checking us in was very helpful. Amazing facilities with rooftop lounge and viewing terrace. The only drawback was the building work starting next door, which slightly impacted the enjoyment of the balcony.

Beautiful condo like room. Felt very safe given that you need your wrist band to get in everything! I love the gym, play area to pay pool and there was lots of space. Very modern and all of the appliances looks new. The beach view was spectacular!! Definitely will be back again! Perfect birthday gift gateway!

My boyfriend and I always stay at the Max when we do a staycation, and the staff and the room was always wonderful, I booked a two bedroom, ocean view, and it was partial view at best, and when I asked the woman at checkin if we could have a higher floor room, she seemed so uninterested in helping or trying to accommodate us at all, we were on floor 4, and all we heard was road noise the whole weekend, the windows in the room was dirty, we checked in and the room was set to 80 degrees, I don’t know if the Max has been going through something, but it wasn’t up to standard I always expected and received from them. Probably won’t stay there again.

The amenities and the room it self it is great. The customer service is horrible. They are rude, non helpful. We have been coming here for years but this time we left with a bad taste. Which it is shame because we loved staying there before

Staff and bartenders were very courteous. Building, room, pool and beach area were very beautiful. This would have been a 5 start resort if we had towels changed and extra toilet paper rolls. We would definitely return to this resort.
