The apartment has 2 queen size beds to up 4 guests. It is all tile floor, furniture, range oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Apartment includes linens, towels, 42" inch Smart HDTV includes 60+ channels and WiFi are included for your entertainment. The location is fantastic, side by side with Sun Splash Park, short walk to Daytona Lagoon Water Park (1.1 miles), Ocean Deck and Board walk (0.8 miles) where will have good food, music, drinks, shops and a lot of fun. We are also only one mile from the Convention Center.

Entire space plus building amenities is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.

The building requires the use of a building key to gain access from the pool, beach any time and lobby after 11PM.
