Crystal at the front desk made this a five star experience. She is kind, compassionate, and has excellent customer service skills. The ocean view room with jacuzzi tub was perfect for one of the coldest days in decades in Florida. The free breakfast was filling and offered a nice variety of cooked food as well as cereal and fruit. You can’t beat the location, price and customer care.

Customer service was great. But it really lacked cleanliness. The floor was dirty, half of the electrical outlets did not work. The cabinet doors were falling off the kitchenette area. All around old building falling apart. The pictures on the app are very deceiving. Highly disappointed.

Room was clean with ocean view(3rd floor). The pool is clean, but what normally would be the "hot tub" is not hot, it's the same temp as the pool, so basically a kiddy pool. If the outside temps are cool, there is no real option to enjoy the pool area, as there is no hot tub. Very loud pre/during/after Bike Week due to proximity to the main road and the bike parking under the rooms. Easy access to the beach, but there is on-beach driving, caution with kids on the beach as the vehicles driving between the property and the beach are all 4- wheel drive, i.e. usually large tires.
