This property was dated, rug was worn. The shower floor was pitched wrong so the water pooled. Dinner was terrible my chicken was so dry I was choking on it. After they asked how it was I replied it was not good. She got the GM who comped the whole meal. My husband dish was also dry. They charge $30 a night to park in their own lot which they didn’t tell us about upon check in. The included breakfast was also awful. Definitely a 1 night stay hotel.

Great hotel, but they charged us $15 per day for our car to be in the lot. I have NEVER heard of charging a guest for having a car. There was no mention of this fee when booking.

I had visited this hotel a week earlier to insure a high floor room oceanfront for my Wifes birthday. When we arrived, I was told the room was not ready, but they had another room on the 4th floor and I agreed to take it. When we opened the door, the smell in the room was like that of a dog kennel. I was then told another room would be available as soon as possible. The personnel at the front desk completely lost track of my room and I ended up on the 2nd floor oceanfront. All they could say was they were sorry. Needless to say, the room was old, smelly, limited view and in need of an update. I do not recommend this hotel.

Great place. Clean n friendly. Allowed us an early check in which was great. They don’t do a late check out for bookings through third parties. No biggie. Would definitely return.

Use to like coming here when I went to check in this time on top of the $500.00 we paid to stay we had to pay an extra $25.00 a day to park at the hotel we were staying at most hotels give you free parking and ontop of the $100.00 pet fee i had to pay an additional $25.00 a day for my dog so it's all about money it used to be a one time $100.00 pet fee now they charge $200.00 minimum Haytt place is way better they are friendly and it's a one time #75.00 pet fee and you get free parking that's where I will be going from now on
