Directly overlooking Daytona Beach, this 5th-floor studio condo offers stunning ocean views from the room and the balcony. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the boardwalk, shops, restaurants, convenience stores, and gas stations.

Parking & Keys: Your booking includes one parking permit and a key for access to the outdoor area. Please display the parking pass visibly on your windshield and return it to the room upon departure. Per HOA regulations, replacing keys or parking permits incurs a $100.00 charge.

Cleaning Service: Your payment includes initial cleaning and room preparation, along with fresh towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and complimentary bathroom items for 2 to 4 nights. Subsequent cleaning and garbage removal are the guest's responsibility.

You can fully enjoy Daytona Beach's relaxed atmosphere with complimentary parking and Wi-Fi. Dining, shopping, and attractions are all within easy reach. This beachfront condo offers a paradise with access to everything you need for a memorable vacation.

5. **Pet Policy:** We enforce a no-pet policy. Guests with ESA animals require a letter from a physician upon arrival to avoid eviction and fines.
