My floor in the room was dirty/sandy, but the rest was nice. I was on the bottom floor so the noise from the party on the rooftop was not a problem. The pool was uninviting.

Hotel was clean however we had to ask 4 times for the soap dispenser to be filled.. finally about 11pm. Great ambiance however our room was on the 1st floor… the lobby was on 2nd, meaning our windows were frosted with no view.

Best part: the staff here are nice. Worst parts: 1. When I checked in, they were having issues with all of the key cards not working. I didn’t get room card keys nor did any other guests as they had to reset every single room. I had fo be let in. When I went out for dinner, I went back to the desk 4 hours later and it still wasn’t resolved and I didn’t get my key. 2. Read the other negative reviews. If you are looking for a place to sleep, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE! There is a rooftop bar and the entire building shakes due to the music and bass. Anytime a guest goes in and out of their room, or the exit doors no matter where you are in the hall, it SLAMS SO LOUD. This went on every 5-10 minutes. I asked to be moved but they said the only room available was near the rooftop. 3. No iron. What hotel does not have an iron? 4. Dirty stained wash cloths. Gross. 5. Run down and old furnishings. 6. Water pressure is terrible. I will say that the bed was comfortable but what is a comfortable bed if doors are slammed all night long and you can’t sleep. The pictures on the website look nice but it does look run down. The only other plus is the staff are all nice. I will not stay here again though.

As we do enjoy live music or a DJ we were on the 4th floor and couldn’t sleep. The music went on past 2:30 am. Second issue was not hot water to shower in after a long day out.
