Staff was amazing, it was really clean, the pool area was great and it’s right off the ocean!! It is definitely ran down; but if you are in Florida and that close to the ocean you are just sleeping in your room anyways and clean is what matters and that it was!!!

Air conditioner was not working even after someone came to check it. the room was so humid that the floor never dries. The owner should invest some money , and make sure that what offers is what people is going to get. The pool is good, and the beach area too. Also the breakfast was old cupcakes watery coffe and microwave oatmeal ☹️

Our room was 315 and very smelly and dirty. We were worried about the lock on our door as it was very old and wobbly and the parking lot was dark and we feared a break in to our new vehicle. Staff was pleasant but this motel should be condemned due to k electrical and other issues. We feel that it is a fire hazard

If you are not interested in the perks of staying at a nice hotel, this IS the hotel for you. It's on the beach. Not fancy but clean. Hotel staff were great! Place could use a facelift. Beds were comfy, shower worked. Other guests were chill.

I didn’t stay. The hotel was very run down. Doors wouldn’t lock, sink was full of water and clogged. Tile was cracked, beds were old and hard. Counter top was falling off and bathroom door was hanging on by one hinge only.

The only things positive I can say is that the pool was nice and the view.The people that work there are very accommodating, kind, and go out of their way for you. However it was way over priced, dirty, outdated, and falling apart. The elevator was broken. The sliding glass door were filthy which I cleaned myself. There was no ice machine, washer, dryer... Nothing. They do have full kitchens but no utensils. We still me enjoyed our stay. Just take note that you should bring your own dishes, silverware, blow dryer, iron, coffee pot etc. especially if staying for a week or so. I imagine back in the day it was a pleasant place as the decor is still stuck in the 70s. Again.... If your gonna stay here proceed with caution and take note of what you need.

The worst hotel we have ever stayed in the building should be condemned. It is in terrible condition and a lawsuit waiting to happen with the pavers out of the ground, unlit stairwells, etc. We had someone above us on the 3rd floor moving stuff or running around all day and night we got zero sleep while we were here. Told the front desk and they told us to go to the persons room and knock on the door. I would not recommend this place to anyone nor will I be back. For the record we do not stay at fancy places because we travel with our dogs but all I can say about this is one is wow! Put a little work into it!

Nothing to like about property. It was ran down. Nothing was in working condition. These things did not work. Ice maker, laundry, elevator, barbecue, ceiling was falling down, wall bubbling, towel rack hanging off wall, fridge rusty, food remains on top off fridge, door decayed, dirty couldn’t go without shoes on. Only thing good was access to beach.

Nothing was in working order ice machine, laundry, elevator. Crumbs of food left on top of rusty fridge. Ceiling falling down, large drywall bubble on wall that appears to be full of water. Towel holder in bathroom only screwed in one side so hanging off wall. Door to unit rotting. Breakfast consisted of pre packaged muffins, pop tarts and a pre packaged orange juice. At least it was pre packaged or we would not have ante it. Only good thing was it was on beach.
