We liked the options for pools (indoor and outdoor). Unit was what we needed for travelling with 2 teens and a kid. Room smellled really musty when we arrived but did clear with doors open for a while. Staff were fantastic.

Staff was polite and check In was a breeze. The first room I was checked into the toilet didn’t work and there were roaches all over the bathroom. We requested a different room the front desk clerk was very nice and apologized. BUT… The second room was just as bad. Roaches everywhere in the bathroom. There were fans and dehumidifiers in all the hallways on each floor and a mildew smell. Our beds were clean, the view was great, but the smell and roaches are a deal breaker, unfortunately I will not be back.

The room had peeling paint and it was almost impossible to turn the shower on. The BIGGEST issue is the surprise, hidden "resort fee" I was forced to pay at check in. It's supposed to be "what you see is what you pay". This is just a hotel; nothing about this facility qualifies it as a "resort".

Constant loud announcements about an imaginary fire, room was advertised as Oceanfront.... It was not and the hotel personnel claimed that there was no oceanfront rooms available, though the parking lot was empty. When we arrived the female attendant was asleep.

The Staff is awesome. ERNNIE, JB, AND THE YOUNG LADY FROM 3-11 Were so loving to my puppy. We enjoyed the week there do much that i decided to move to Daytona. I plan to stay there ftom 12/1-02/02/26. I will be cslling to dpeak with the GM Monday. Awesome place. A diamond in the ruff. I love u guys.......

Hotel is right on the water. For the price point, absolutely worth it. AC is amazing. The hotel is completely dated and gross in the entry, pool, and hallways. Key card kept stop functioning. We never received house keeping for the 2 day stay and when we requested towels, they required us to do a one for one trade. I advised her that I had dirty towels in my room because no one cleaned my room, she still required me bring her towels for a 1-1 exchange system. 🙄. It’s not a bad hotel, just needs better service and updating.
