Perched on the top floor of the building, this highly desirable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium offers some of the largest private balconies in the area, providing breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Please Note: The pool is currently out of service and is expected to remain closed until the end of the year. You are steps from the ocean and there are public and private pool options in the area. To compensate for this inconvenience, the nightly rate has been discounted during this period.

This condo has been thoughtfully updated with a newly renovated kitchen featuring modern appliances, perfect for preparing meals after a day of exploring. The master bedroom offers a King-sized bed, while the guest bedroom provides a Queen-sized bed. For additional sleeping space, the living room couch pulls out into a comfortable Queen bed.

• Each bedroom and the living room feature TVs equipped with Amazon Fire Sticks for streaming Hulu, Netflix, and more.
• Cable TV is available in all rooms, and I’ve installed a dedicated high-speed internet line to ensure uninterrupted browsing, streaming, and video calls.
• Guests have access to a fitness center, an oceanfront deck, and a reserved parking spot in the ground-floor garage.

Special Note: Due to Hurricane Milton, the pool area is temporarily closed and will reopen in June. To make your stay even better during this time, I’m offering discounted nightly rates.
