Upon arrival, guests will be greeted personally by a member of the property management team. Guests will be given a tour of the building, amenities and the private condominium residence. Should any questions arise or you need assistance during your stay, you will be provided with contact information for the property management team. The building concierge is also available from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday for questions pertaining to the building amenities and common areas.
STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provided a starter kit of household items; A few trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper rolls, and one roll of paper towels. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need
KEYS OR KEY FOBS:
If lost or damaged are $75 to replace.
Smoking is NOT allowed at all inside the condominium, Caught smoking inside will result in a $250.00 FEE, but you are welcome to Smoke OUTSIDE ON BALCONY ONLY!!!
