De flat is heel mooi en schitterend gelegen. De host woont naar eigen zeggen 200 km verderop. Dat is wel te merken: er is veel achterstallig onderhoud. Afwasmachine werkt niet. De afzuigkap is verwijderd. De messsen zijn lang niet geslepen. Er zijn geen sleutels voor wc's en slaapkamers. Er is slechts 1 (paar) sleutels voor het appartement. Het behang komt in twee kamers los (vocht --- schimmel?). Je kan niet prive parkeren, je moet competeren met alle badgasten van Wenduine. Wij konden 3 nachten niet legaal parkeren. Gelukkig geen boete gehad. We hebben de host deze gebreken laten weten voordat we dit bericht schrijven, om haar een kans te geven ons tegemoet te komen. Heeft ze niet gedaan --- in plaats daarvan bleef ze twee weken op onze borgsom zitten, en heb ik VRBO moeten inschakelen om het geld terug te krijgen, wat eindelijk gelukt is Deze host heeft naar eigen zeggen nog drie verhuur appartementen. Waarvan akte.

Prachtige locatie, mist professionaliteit

Positief: prachtige locatie, uitzicht zowel vooraan als achteraan supermooi, groot appartement. Tips voor eigenaar: * in- en uitchecken vlotter laten verlopen * zorg dat WiFi en tv werken (als u dat zelf niet lukt, laat iemand professioneel komen) * draag uw huurders NIET op hun vuilnis mee te nemen maar voorzie dat dit ter plaatse kan gebeuren ( in al de jaren dat we een huis of appartement gehuurd hebben is ons dat nog nooit gevraagd maar werd dat ter plekke voorzien, het PMD hebben we trouwens meegenomen). Het blijft een toplocatie met een supermooi zicht!

Une vue magnifique depuis un grand appartement

L'appartement est bien situé, grand et offre une vue magnifique. La propriétaire est très sympathique. Nous avons cependant eu quelques petits problèmes : retards par rapport à l'heure convenue à l'arrivée et au départ, impossible d'obtenir le code du Wifi. Les équipements de l'appartement (machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, fauteuils, vaisselle,...) sont vieux et/ou en mauvais état, ce qui nous fait dire que le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas très bon. Ceci dit, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
