This was supposed to be refunded to me back in April- I was told on the phone it would be taken care of and then I get a message to rate my stay. So no refund. I’m not sure what went wrong, but when I was told it would be cancelled I just figured it would be.

My husband and I were there for 3 nights for visiting family. The first night the maid never came in the room.We were out all day came back to a not clean room. I called the front desk for clean towels they told me to come down and get them. So the 3 night stay they never came to clean our room. Also the shower was terrible. The breakfast was ok but the breakfast area was hot, like no air conditioning. I don’t think I will be going back to that hotel.

Nice hitel right of I-4 close to shopping and dining. Great frint desk receptionist who made our stay more enjoyable. Good hot breakfast. Only minor issue was the pool looked dirty and cloudy.
