I wanted to share feedback regarding my stay at your property on 1/11/2025. Unfortunately, my experience was not ideal. The room was quite noisy, and the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, constantly blinking on and off. Additionally, I called at 3:31 PM to request a roll-away bed, and I was assured it would be placed in my room by the time I arrived. However, when I checked in around 6:00-7:00 PM, the bed was not in the room. I didn’t receive it until nearly midnight, which was quite inconvenient. I hope you can look into these matters to ensure future guests have a better experience. Thank you for your attention to this.

Good: Updated furniture was clean and functional. Plenty of digital ports! Bed and pillows were comfortable. Excellent free breakfast--many entree and protein options, and the quality of the prepared food was better than anything I've ever experienced, other than at a dedicated bed and breakfast. Not so good: There were many scratches and dents on the entry and bathroom doors. The bath tile and walls had several flaws/cracks that were not sealed or caulked properly. Shower curtain was flimsy and did not function well to prevent water from seeping onto bathroom floor. The water (or something) had an excessively strong chlorine odor. Something else in the room contributed to a strong musty odor, which may have been mildew or mold, but may have just been A/C unit blowing dust in a humid climate.

Only update needed was the shower surround. Everything else is immaculate. Beds and pillows comfy and super clean. Breakfast had lots of options. Hot tub was very enjoyable. Parking lot was well lit and area felt very safe. Lots of nearby restaurants. We stayed a single night to take our grandchildren to Blue Springs State Park which was so worth the trip.

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn. The staff was friendly, room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast had healthy options. I would have liked to have a coffee maker in my room. I was able to manage with the lobby coffee. It would have been nice if the front desk had pointed that out to us when we checked in.

It was nice room and good service. We walked to Lelo’s BBQ which is Puerto Rican food. It was very good. Actually there are several restaurants that are in walking distance.
