No the room was fine staff was pleasant just one major problem I booked thru your site and I requested handicapped accessible room for my 82 year old mother. it was not handicapped accessible. Unfortunately came in late and did not check the bathroom. The desk blamed you. I can be very well mistaken but I I am nearly positive I ordered and asked for that room to be handicapped accessible. Convenient. Pleasant Staff. Room was humid and smelled musty no matter what temp we kept the room. Not unclean, but the property looked tired - like it needed a good cleaning and coat of paint.
