The check in was awful me and 4+ other families waited in line for over 20 minutes as there wasn’t a single employee managing the front desk. I finally call the local phone number and the guy came in presumably from a smoke break as he smelled like an ashtray.

This property is old & should be updated. The food was barely warm both mornings. It seemed to have been reheated. The coffee was cold. The computer was broken which was a big in convenience. A plus is it’s so close to Mt. Rushmore.
