This home was built in 2013. It was designed to be a vacation rental. Please compare homes before booking. This home has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. LARGE areas in the house for groups and alot of areas to get away if you so desire (ie., observation tower). It has a HUGE deck with seating for 20 and amazing views, has a natural gas grill. Dining room seats 20 people. Lower level has an amazing game room with pool table and foosball table. City water, sewer, natural gas, high speed internet. All pavement no gravel. This home also boasts a unique 2 level observation tower for 360 degree viewing the Black Hills- Relaxation does not get better than this!

Amazing space for adult extended family for UTV weekend. Family of 13 had a fantastic 4 day weekend with plenty of space with deer coming right up to the patio to eat.
