Chalet 95, Kingsdown Holiday Park

This charming Scandinavian A frame chalet has stunning views over the cliff and across to the English Channel. Sleeping six (2 doubles, 1 twin) this little house has a quirky charm all of its own - combined with super on-site facilities.
Set in a fabulous holiday village on the cliff top overlooking Kingsdown in Kent, our chalet is a five minutes walk from the beach and three pubs! Deal is a 30 min beach walk away, and there is a wealth of National Trust and Heritage sites to explore.
The space
The chalet is an “A” framed structure with two double bedrooms upstairs and a separate toilet. Please note there is no sink in the upstairs bathroom. Downstairs, you will find a living room with dining table for 6, a separate full-size kitchen, a shower room with toilet and sink. There is a third bedroom at the rear with two single beds. The stairs are steep and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole chalet, rear decking and front decking. Access is via a key lockbox. You will receive the code as soon as cleaning is completed on your arrival day.
Other things to note
Electric at the chalet is free but we would kindly request that you use it wisely during your stay. Please do not leave heaters on overnight. Linen and towels are included in the price and beds are made up for your arrival. Please contact reception if you need to hire cots, high chairs or stair gates.
