This duplex is on the 3rd floor of a private, well-maintained, gated community and comes with a parking spot near the building entrance. On the main floor you will find the living/dining room with television and DVD player, master bedroom with private balcony, toliet and bathroom with soak tub. The spacious living room is brightly lit with high ceiling and private balcony; perfect for enjoying a beautiful sunset and a glass of wine. In the fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher you can create culinary delights and lasting memories.
The 2nd floor has 1 master bedroom with bathroom/toilet and a kids room with bunk beds and trundle bed. The kids room is stocked with books and toys to take to the beach. There is also a crib available, if needed.

appartement très bien situé
Un problème avec la cuisine très étroite et peu pratique si plusieurs adultes résident dans l'appartement.
Problème également avec le verrou des toilettes, ne pas l'utiliser si on ne veut pas se trouver enfermé, ce qui nous est arrivé 2 fois.
