Most nights no parking. And Marijuana smoking around the fire pit. Management knew about it, but decided to do nothing about it. Had to park in the mall parking lot. Was told by locals they couldn’t do prom pictures there, but they could sit around the fire and smoke dope.

Disturbtion, kids banging on room door at 10a, several occasions. Unable to contact front desk due phone lines down. Elevator out of service. Popcorn in kitchen chair. Had find housekeeper to replace iron!! Third time staying at hotel, worse visit ever! Hotel under construction, so far from front desk. Had to get front desk personnel to reactivate from keys, couldn’t access outside doors.

Nice rooms. Hotel staff was awesome, Housekeeping not so much. Sheet didn’t fit the bed, had to go to the desk to get towels they didn’t replace TWICE. Good breakfast

Staff never returned my message about changing the date for our stay there. Expedia tried reaching out several times as well, but they didn’t respond to them either. Very disappointing customer service.
