Designed to comfortably accommodate 5 people, this spacious and modern house offers a bright and welcoming environment with Nordic and bohemian style décor. Neutral colours, wood and natural fibres predominate, creating a calm atmosphere. The hydraulic tile flooring stands out in some rooms.



The house features:

* Three bedrooms: one very spacious master bedroom with a double bed, a second with two single beds and a dressing room, and a third very bright single bedroom.

* A spacious bathroom: equipped with a modern shower tray and marble details.

* A large open-plan living-dining room: integrates a modern and functional kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. It has a television.

* Additional amenities: washing machine, iron and hair dryer.



One of the most special corners is its large private terrace of approximately 40 m², furnished with comfortable wooden sofas and shaded and sunny areas, ideal for relaxing outdoors with complete privacy.
