They did not clean our room and had to go ask for towels at 10:30 at night when got back to hotel. Feel paying 317.00 dollars just to sleep somewhere is a little much if they can’t even change the towels out and straighten the bed

Limited interaction with staff. Smell was not pleasant. You cannot convert a smoking room to a non smoking room without changing wallpaper and carpet. The smell was not good otherwise room was clean and beds were comfortable. Outside not very welcoming

The entire first floor had a stale cigarette/body odor smell, even though signs posted all around declared it to be a smoke-free facility. The room is “labeled” as wheelchair accessible, but the woman who checked us in was quick to note that, due to there not being a roll-in shower, it was not fully accessible. The mirrors were too high to be seen by my companion using a wheelchair and the hairdryer was mounted too high for her to reach independently. The bed height may have been decent for a hoyer lift to go under, but was too high to do a transfer from the wheelchair. (She does not bear weight at all and does not use a Hoyer lift.)
