We selected this rental based largely on the representation that it had been newly renovated. While some portions of the unit appear updated, the bathrooms—particularly the master—do not reflect that description and were a significant disappointment.The master bathroom shower is extremely small and difficult to use comfortably. The showerhead is positioned at an awkward height, the water pressure is very low, and water leaks out during use. As a result, it was not a functional or acceptable shower experience, and I ultimately avoided using it altogether. More broadly, the bathroom fixtures and finishes are clearly dated and inconsistent with what a guest would reasonably expect from a “newly renovated” property.The location near the beach was excellent, and that is the primary reason we chose to stay. However, the condition and functionality of the bathroom materially impacted our experience and fell short of how the property was presented.Given this discrepancy, I believe a partial refund is appropriate to reflect the difference between what was advertised and what was delivered. Additionally, I would strongly encourage a review of how this property is represented on the platform, as the current listing does not accurately reflect its condition.
