The manager did not allow to check in cuz he had internet and wanted us to wait an hour on a raining day. I called hotels.com and he got mad and blacklisted me.

This place was so dirty. To top it off it’s under reconstruction and they gave me the filthiest room. I had to leave. I was not going to stay in a dusty room.

No shampoo/conditioner, towels are stained dirty not white. No air-conditioning/ heater. Not clean the floors. Bathrooms is discussing. Switch lights dirty. Bathroom door is nasty. No elevator, i had back surgery and claiming stairs it bothered my back. No breakfast available. Very disappointed. Should be getting a refund.
